Muttukadu Experimental Station (MES) has a Farmers Facilitation Centre and a Trainees Accommodation Facility for farmers, trainees and other stakeholders. These elegant facilities offer 18 beds (4 double bedrooms, 2 triple bedrooms and one with 4 beds; apartment type) furnished with state-of-the-art facilities and with a fascinating backwater and beach view at MES. The accommodation is offered for bonafide visitors for short stay not exceeding 7 days.
Experimental field station of ICAR-CIBA is located at the outskirts of Chennai near Muttukadu boat club, 26 km south from its headquarters in East Coast Road (ECR) connecting Chennai and Pondicherry.

Canteen Facility
Catering Services are not available at present. However, tea/coffee making facilities are provided in each of the room. Interested guests can avail the canteen facility at the Centre premises located 500 meters away for tea/coffee and lunch (only on working days).
