After taking masters in Aquaculture in 2002 and PhD in Aquaculture in 2008 I am working in CIBA since 2009 on seed production, captive breeding, and reproductive endocrinology of fish. I currently work in division of Finfiish Culture in KRC of CIBA. I have hands on experienced in breeding and seed production of Seabass, cobia, scat, moony fish, pearl spot and brackishwater catfish. Actively associated in popularization of emerging aquaculture technologies such as IMTA and periphyton based farming and RAS in Sunderban, West Bengal. Nursery rearing technology of hilsa through artificial breeding is developed for domestication and captive broodstock development.
